Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls and site visits.
Explain project details and guide customers through the buying process.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
Passion for sales and customer service.
Two-wheeler and driving licence are an added advantage.
