Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Provide detailed information about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain and update records of all communications and follow-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
