MPD Realteck is seeking a motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our growing real estate team. This role involves connecting with potential clients through outbound calls to generate quality prospects and support our sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the database provided by the company

• Engage potential buyers and investors in meaningful conversations about available real estate properties

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and prospect details in our CRM system

• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline

• Achieve monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and prospect conversion

• Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine our outreach strategies

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data at all times

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma/12th Pass or equivalent (Graduate preferred)

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome to apply)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages - e.g., Hindi and English]

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone

• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good organisational skills to manage call lists and follow-ups effectively
