We are looking for an energetic and articulate Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with prospective or existing customers over the phone to provide information, generate interest, schedule appointments, or close sales, depending on the business need.
Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make and receive calls to prospective or existing customers as per the company's campaign strategy.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and offers to effectively communicate value to customers.
Information Delivery: Clearly and persuasively explain product features, answer customer queries, and address potential concerns.
Lead Qualification/Sales: (Select one or both)
If Sales-focused: Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for lead generation, appointments scheduled, or product sales.
If Service/Appointment-focused: Accurately book and manage appointment schedules for the sales or field teams.
Record Keeping: Accurately update customer information, interactions, and follow-up status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Adherence to Scripts: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts when handling various topics while maintaining a natural, engaging tone.
Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate it effectively to the relevant internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing).
