We’re hiring Telecaller – Insurance Agent Recruitment

Location: Sector 6, Panchkula

Experience: 0.5 - 3 years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 + Incentives

Role:

Call potential insurance agents from database
Explain onboarding, commission & benefits
Follow up and convert interested candidates
Complete documentation & activation
Maintain daily reports and achieve targets

Skills:

Good Hindi communication
Confident on calls
Convincing skills
Basic Excel/CRM knowledge
