Job Title: Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Naini, Prayagraj.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students/customers.
• Explain our courses and services clearly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally.
• Maintain calling and lead records.
• Work towards assigned calling and performance targets.

Salary & Growth:
• Training Salary: ₹3,500–₹4,000 + Incentives
• Salary Upgrade: Up to ₹8,000 based on growth and performance.

Requirements:
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Confident and polite speaking ability.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable with phone-based communication.
