Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services clearly to customers.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM or database.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales targets.
Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Required Skills
