We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and people-focused professional to join our team and contribute to university admissions and student counselling.

Position: Business Development Associate / Admission Counsellor

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Admission Counselling & Conversion

• Engage with prospective students and follow up on leads.

• Understand students’ academic interests, career goals, and educational requirements.

• Provide accurate information and guidance on relevant university programmes.

• Interact with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups to support application and admission conversions.

• Assist students with application procedures and admission-related requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Admissions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation, networking, and follow-up abilities.

• Strong relationship-building and counselling skills.

• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.

• Good English communication skills; Tamil proficiency is preferred.

• Interest in contributing to student acquisition and admission conversions.

Performance Focus

Lead Follow-up → Counselling → Applications → Admissions
