The Telecaller cum Counselor will be responsible for managing telephonic inquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting leads into admissions. The role demands excellent communication, a student-focused approach, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound admission inquiries.
Counsel students and parents about available courses and admission processes.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins and enrollments through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Support in conducting seminars, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the academic and HR teams for smooth operations.
Maintain a positive relationship with students and ensure a high satisfaction level.
