Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, explaining our water treatment solutions, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Explain product features (RO plants, water softeners, STP/ETP systems, etc.)
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and installations
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Required Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
Experience in water treatment / RO / industrial equipment sales
Understanding of B2B sales process
