Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, handle order bookings, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound customer calls and resolve queries related to existing orders (status, dispatch, delivery timelines, etc.)
Take new orders (including bhaji boxes and other products) accurately over phone calls
Handle enquiry calls and convert potential leads into confirmed orders
Conduct follow-up and feedback calls with existing customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Provide prompt, polite, and effective customer service at all times
Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales support
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred)
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call handling systems)
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently
