Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases.

· Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable package.Explain package features, pricing, benefits, offers, and terms clearly.

· Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.

· Follow up regularly with interested and qualified leads.

· Convert leads into package sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/system.

· Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

· Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

· Track daily calling activity, lead status, and sales performance.

· Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

· 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.

· Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and persuasive personality.

· Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.

· Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.

· Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.

· Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate packages.

· Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.

· Qualified leads generated.

· Lead-to-customer conversion rate.

· Number/value of packages sold.
