Job Title: Tele caller
Job Summary:
A Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to promote products or
services, generate leads, provide information, and support customers. The role requires excellent
communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain products or services and provide relevant information.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close sales.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
