We are Hiring for a Tellecaller . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Digital Marketing. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers and close leads
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience.
Should be Comfortable in Night Shift
Must have good communication in English
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Development will be an advantage.
Previous experience in International Voice Process, Telecalling, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be preferred
Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply.
