Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.

• Explain company services and offerings professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested clients regularly.

• Maintain proper call records and update CRM/software.

• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.

• Handle basic client queries confidently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and spoken English skills.

• Smart, confident, and professional personality.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Basic knowledge of computers and calling software/CRM is a plus.
