Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with 2–6 years of experience in a legal firm or legal services environment. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling consultations, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a basic understanding of legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Explain legal services offered by the firm to prospective clients.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates and legal advisors.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and lead status in CRM/software.

• Address client queries and direct complex legal matters to the concerned legal team.

• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and case-related updates.

• Meet monthly lead conversion and appointment booking targets.

• Coordinate with legal consultants and internal teams for seamless client onboarding.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or inter

• 2–6 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Client Relationship Executive, or similar role

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, English, Hindi, language(s).

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive client conversations professionally.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
