Job Description – Customer Support Executive

Position: Telecaller
Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our legal firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining legal services to clients, following up with leads, and maintaining good client relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Explain the company’s legal services to prospective clients

• Follow up with clients regarding case updates and appointments

• Maintain client records and call details in the system

• Coordinate with advocates and internal teams for client requirements

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into clients

• Resolve basic client queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of client information

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer handling

• Ability to convince and interact with clients professionally

• Good listening and follow-up skills

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, or English is preferred

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling/customer support

• Experience in a legal firm will be an added advantage
