Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and maintain regular communication.
Follow up with customers as required.
Address basic customer queries and provide relevant information.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Update customer interaction details in the system.
Ensure a professional and courteous experience during every interaction.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in calling, telecalling, customer support, or customer relationship roles.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Comfortable with a calling-based role.
Basic Excel and Computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate
Jaipur-based candidates only.
Confident, customer-focused, and proactive.
Good follow-up and communication skills.
