Job Description

ey Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and address their queries.
Explain products, services, and promotional offers to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
