Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
