Position Title: Telecaller – Individual Assessment

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Reporting To: Sales / Operations Manager
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to promote our Individual Assessment Program for students. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to parents, explaining the benefits of the assessment, handling queries, and driving enrollment.
Make outbound calls to prospective parents and guardians.
Explain the Individual Assessment Program, its benefits, and process in a clear and engaging way.
Answer parent queries regarding the test, duration, fee, and report details.
Follow predefined telecaller scripts to ensure consistent messaging.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in the CRM or spreadsheet.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the Sales / Operations team to optimize parent engagement.
Provide feedback from calls to improve pitch effectiveness and scripts.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Persuasive and confident in handling parent objections.
Ability to listen actively and understand parent/student needs.
Comfortable working with CRM or MS Excel to maintain records.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales / student enrollment preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Good understanding of student/parent behavior is an added advantage.
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
