About the Company :

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 30–50 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers

• Call fresh leads to promote financial products such as Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Funds

• Contact existing customers regarding premium renewals and payment follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions

• Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for smooth customer handling

• Send follow-up emails and maintain data records in Excel

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the finance or banking sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

• Target-oriented and capable of managing daily call volumes.

• Strong convincing and customer relationship management skills.
