Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and customers

- Explain product benefits and answer customer queries clearly

- Convince customers and close sales over the phone

- Confirm orders and customer details, including address and payment mode

- Follow up with interested customers to increase conversions

- Maintain call records and update lead status daily

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Minimum [6] months of experience in telecalling or tele-sales

- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

- Confident, polite and convincing speaking style

- Basic knowledge of mobile and computer

- Proven ability to handle rejection and achieve sales targets

- Only experienced candidates should apply
