Job description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to connect with potential customers, provide information about our products, handle inquiries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote iZaG products.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM records.
Follow up on leads, feedback, and pending orders.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns through follow-up calls.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
