Role and Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets
• Maintain and update customer information on CRM/system
• Conduct timely follow-ups through calls, emails, or WhatsApp
• Identify customers’ needs and suggest appropriate offerings
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric approach
• Ability to handle objections and work under target pressure
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability
• Computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
