We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Infinity Hawk Enterprises. Process Banking - Collections. The role offers ₹13000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make Outbound calls to settle and close overdue payments and resolve disputes.
• Negotiate repayment terms that align with RBI guidelines and policies.
• Maintain records of collections using CRM and Excel.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
