Job Overview
We are hiring Telecallers for the Collection (Due Reminder) process with IndiaFirst Life Insurance. The role involves contacting customers to remind them of premium dues, ensuring timely renewals, and assisting with the payment process.

Telugu – 2 positions
Bengali – 1 position

Key Responsibilities
Call customers for premium due reminders
Educate customers on the importance of policy renewal
Explain policy benefits and consequences of delayed payments
Assist customers in completing payment processes
Maintain accurate call records in the system
Achieve daily call volume and collection targets
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above
Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling / BPO / Call Center
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
Good communication skills (as per language requirement)
Target-driven and comfortable working under pressure
Salary & Benefits
₹14,000 – ₹20,000 Net (based on experience)

10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
