We are looking for a polite, patient, and customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming calls from customers. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and courteously
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
Provide correct information about products/services
Maintain and update customer records accurately
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
Meet daily call handling and quality targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills (Tamil/English or other local languages preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM)
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customers calmly and patiently
