1. Job Title – Patient Care Executive
2. Reports to – Project Manager/Associate Project Manager
3. Preferred Skills – Good communication skills, Basic proficiency in computer operations & should
know regional language
4. Qualifications & Experience – Any graduate qualification is acceptable; preference will be given
to science graduates with minimum 1 year experience in patient handling/education/counselling/
Health Care call center experience.
5. Key Responsibilities
a. Handle inbound and outbound calls to support patients enrolled in the PAP
program
b. Educate patients about program benefits, enrolment process, and required
documentation
c. Assist patients in completing enrolment and maintaining accurate records in the system
d. Patient enrolments in the program
e. Do the reminder call based on touch point like pending documentation, medication
reminder e.t.c.
f. Responsible for strictly adhering to quality standards, confidentiality, and security policies
of HCAH and Client.
g. Should be multilingual (English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu etc. and then based on
request, addition of other Indian languages)
h. Ensure timely follow-ups with patients for enrolment completion, therapy continuation,
and adherence
i. Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with applicable guidelines and
policies
j. Track and update patient interactions, queries, and resolutions in CRM
k. Address patient queries, concerns, and escalate complex cases to the concerned team
l. Support program reporting by maintaining accurate and updated data
m. Ensure adherence to defined TATs, Program SOPs, and quality standards
n. AE/ADR capturing and reporting
