Job Role

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to connect with customers, take milk orders, and support sales operations for Gwaala Dairy.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers to promote milk and dairy products
• Take daily milk orders and confirm delivery details
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely
• Maintain customer records and call logs
• Follow up with customers for subscription milk plans
• Help increase sales and build long-term customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Local language)
• Basic knowledge of mobile and WhatsApp
• Friendly and convincing personality
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
