Job Summary :
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer interactions, promote services/products, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
Explain and promote products/services to potential customers.
Generate new leads through calls, visits, and customer referrals.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain basic records of leads, customer details, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the team to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
