*Salary Structure:*

*1. Direct Payroll Employee (With Registration):*

- Salary: *Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month for Freshers*

- For Experienced: Salary based on last drawn salary (Best in industry)

- Fixed Salary + Incentives

- Company Domain ID + Official Email

- Background Verification & Onboarding

- *background verification must*

*2. (Freelance Model):*

- No Fixed Salary

- Payout: *Rs. 4/- Per Connected Call*

- Daily / Weekly Payout

- No Registration Required

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

- Calling on provided leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Credit Card & Loan Settlement.

- Lead Filtration - Check customer eligibility, interest and requirement.

- Explain basic product features and transfer qualified leads to senior team.

- Maintain daily calling report and follow-up data in Google Sheet / CRM.

- Achieve daily 200-250 calls target and lead filtration target.

- Maintain professionalism and customer handling.

*Requirements:*

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

- Freshers and Experienced both can apply

- Basic Hindi & English communication required

- Must have own Smartphone / Laptop & Good Internet Connection

- Must have a quiet place to work from home

- Age: 18 - 35 years
