We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, maintaining customer databases, and promoting products or services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales or leads.
Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information.
Maintain a detailed record of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales or service requests.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints or objections with patience and professionalism.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve call quality and conversion rates.
Excellent verbal communication in [insert language(s), e.g., English and Hindi].
Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using MS Office or CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
