Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Introduce Geany Softech and its services, including AI, IoT and Custom Software Development.
Identify customer requirements and business opportunities.
Explain basic product and service offerings to prospective customers.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the Business Development Team.
Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails and WhatsApp.
Maintain customer and lead databases.
Update daily call reports and lead status.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
Good telephone etiquette.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
