We are hiring Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling inbound & outbound calls, explaining company services to customers, and supporting them with queries.
Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound enquiry calls professionally
Maintain call records and update the database
Follow scripts and sales processes
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Coordinate with the team for follow-ups
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)
Freshers can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi — basic English preferred)
Basic phone handling & convincing ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
