Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Company Payroll (On-Rolls)

Job Overview

We are seeking a persistent and result-oriented Collection Telecaller to join our recovery team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue payments for various financial products. This is a direct hiring position on the company’s payroll, offering a stable career path and high earning potential through incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Recovery: Perform manual calling to customers with overdue payments regarding Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and Credit Lines.

• Portfolio Management: Manage the "Recovery Bucket," which includes collecting the principal overdue amount plus applicable bank charges.

• Negotiation: Educate customers on the importance of timely payments and negotiate repayment plans to resolve outstanding debts.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, updated records of all customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Compliance: Follow ethical collection practices and adhere to regulatory guidelines during all communications.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: CTC Up To Rs. 21,000/- per month (for experienced candidates).

• Incentives: Uncapped monthly performance-based incentives.

• Payroll: 100% Direct On-Rolls (No third-party agencies or contractors).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in Debt Collection or Recovery is highly preferred.

• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

• Tools: Must be comfortable using your own SIM card for manual calling operations.

• Attributes: High level of persistence, integrity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
