Telecaller Executive – Freight & Courier

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive for a company in the Freight & Courier industry at Connaught Place, New Delhi.

This is a calling and coordination role, not a sales-target position. The candidate will communicate with clients and vendors, make required calls, maintain trackers, follow up on operational requirements, and coordinate to resolve routine queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to clients and vendors regarding operational requirements

Maintain and update daily calling trackers

Follow up on pending documents and requirements

Coordinate with clients and vendors

Handle routine client/vendor queries and coordinate for resolution

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team member

Maintain proper records and follow-up details

Support the operations team with day-to-day coordination

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience preferred

Strictly Freight/Courier industry experience preferred

Candidates from Freight Forwarding, Courier, Shipping or Logistics companies preferred

Good Hindi and English communication skills

Good phone communication and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email

Ability to maintain trackers and records systematically

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
