Location: Bijwasan, New Delhi
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Experience: 0–6 Months (Freshers Welcome)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

About the Role

Freedom Cargo and Logistics is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls professionally.

• Explain the company's logistics and packers & movers services to customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with new and existing customers to generate leads and bookings.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM, Excel, and company databases.

• Coordinate with the operations team for booking updates and customer support.

• Verify customer details and ensure all records are accurate.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

• Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure complete confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good listening, time management, and organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• 0–6 months of experience (Freshers can also apply).

• Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, BPO, or Call Center will be preferred.
