We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele caller to connect with potential customers, explain company services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential clients.
Maintain call records and update CRM/database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Previous tele calling/customer service experience preferred.
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
