Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele calling Executive to communicate with potential and existing customers, generate leads, explain company products or services, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company's services to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and pending orders.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Update customer databases with accurate information.
Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
