Job description:

Eduwingz International apni team ke liye energetic aur confident Tele Caller hire kar raha hai, jo students aur parents se baat karke education abroad & India admission services ke baare me sahi guidance de sake.Key Responsibilities

Students & parents ko inbound / outbound calls karna
Courses, colleges, countries aur admission process ki basic information dena
Student details collect karna & CRM / Excel me update karna
Interested students ko counselor ke sath connect karna
Follow-up calls karna (leads conversion ke liye)
Daily call reports aur lead status maintain karna
Polite, professional aur convincing communication rakhna

Required Skills & Qualities

Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Confident calling & convincing power
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)
Target-oriented mindset
Experience in education telecalling = plus point

Eligibility

Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
