Position: Customer Relationship Officer – Air Ticketing Process
Location: Mg Road, Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle air ticket booking, reissuance, cancellation, and refund queries.
· Assist customers with web check-in, itinerary issues, and airport-related concerns.
· Support group fare enquiries and ancillary service requests.
· Ensure smooth communication and excellent customer experience over calls and emails.
Skills & Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam
· Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
· Proficiency in computer operations and MS Office.
· Experience in air ticketing or travel process preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
· 6-day working week with one rotational off.
Shift Timings:
1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
10 pm to 7 AM
