Telesales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Customers ko phone par call karke products/services ke baare mein information dena.
Potential customers ko identify karke sales generate karna.
Customer ki requirements samajhna aur suitable product/service suggest karna.
Follow-up calls karke leads ko convert karna.
Daily/weekly sales targets achieve karna.
Customer queries aur objections ko professionally handle karna.
Customer details aur call records ko properly maintain karna.
Existing customers ke saath good relationship maintain karna.
Sales team ke saath coordinate karke leads aur customer status update karna.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Hindi/Gujarati/English mein basic communication ability.
Convincing & negotiation skills.
Target-oriented aur self-motivated personality.
Freshers can apply; telesales/sales experience will be an advantage.
