Solar Telecaller

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar products and services.

• Explain solar energy solutions, benefits, pricing, and available offers to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.

• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about solar systems.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to make frequent outbound calls.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, solar, or lead generation is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Positive attitude and good follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.

• Basic understanding or interest in solar energy / renewable energy is an advantage.
