Telecaller

Position: Sales Executive / Telecaller (Full-Time)

Location: Digital Lok, 412, 4th Floor, Sagar High Street, Near Dmart, Ayodhya Bypass Road, Bhopal

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Performance & Target-based Incentives)

Type: On-site, Full-Time

About the Role:

Digital Lok is hiring passionate and confident Sales Executives / Telecallers who can engage with potential clients, present creative digital solutions, and contribute to our mission of building brands through storytelling, design, and strategy.

You’ll collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to generate leads, handle client communication, and occasionally participate in content creation activities that support our agency’s campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.

• Present Digital Lok’s digital marketing, branding, website, and creative services.

• Maintain client databases and update daily reports.

• Achieve monthly sales targets as per company policy.

• Coordinate with the creative team to align sales with marketing strategies.

• Participate in basic content shoots or promotional videos if required.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (freshers can apply).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, persuasive, and not camera-shy (comfortable speaking on camera).

• Interest in learning digital tools and creative sales methods.

• Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Details:

• Training Period: 7 days (must be cleared before confirmation)

• Probation Period: 6 months (performance reviewed monthly)
