We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with customers, explaining Personal Loan & Business Loan products, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain Personal Loan and Business Loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

• Generate and follow up on leads.

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Banking, Loan Sales or Customer Support are preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication.

• Confident, hardworking and positive attitude.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
