We are looking for a Tellecaller to join our team at Decstudio to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹16,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding wallpapers, curtains, blinds, and related products.

• Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, enquiries, WhatsApp, website, and advertising.

• Understand customer requirements such as room type, size, design preference, colour, budget, and quantity.

• Explain product features, designs, materials, pricing, offers, and installation services.

• Schedule showroom visits, site visits, measurements, and installation appointments.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until the sale is completed.

• Coordinate with the sales team, measurement team, installers, and showroom staff.

• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales status.

• Reconnect with old customers for repeat orders and referrals.

• Handle basic customer questions and coordinate with the concerned team for complaints or service issues.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Maintain a professional and polite approach while communicating with customers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
