Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up on leads through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Maintain proper call scripts and communication quality
Support customers with product demos, pricing details, and basic troubleshooting (if needed)
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi,English
Hindi is Mandatory
Ability to explain product features clearly
Basic understanding of sales process and customer engagement
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
Ability to handle objections professionally
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheet,Email)
