Immediate Joiner Required:

🔹 1. Internal Recruitment Responsibilities

• Calling candidates from internal database, job portals, and references

• Explaining job roles, salary, location, and company details

• Scheduling interviews (telephonic / virtual / walk-in)

• Screening candidates based on basic eligibility and communication

• Maintaining candidate records and follow-up status

• Coordinating with HR team for interview feedback

• Ensuring candidate joins and completing initial documentation follow-up

🔹 2. Client Recruitment (Bulk / Third-Party Hiring)

• Understanding client requirements (skills, location, salary, timeline)

• Sourcing and calling candidates as per client needs

• Sharing job details clearly and ensuring candidate interest

• Scheduling interviews with client HR / operations team

• Regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates for joining

• Maintaining daily reports of submissions, selections, and joining status

• Handling bulk hiring calls efficiently within deadlines

🔹 3. Coordination & Communication

• Acting as a link between candidates, HR team, and clients

• Handling candidate queries regarding job profile, location, and salary

• Providing timely updates to seniors regarding hiring status

• Maintaining professional communication over calls, WhatsApp, and email

🔹 4. Data Management & Reporting

• Updating candidate data in Excel / CRM / ATS systems

• Maintaining daily call records and recruitment trackers

• Preparing reports (calls made, candidates shortlisted, interviews lined up, etc.)

• Ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation

🔹 5. General Office & Administrative Work

• Assisting in documentation and onboarding processes

• Supporting HR/admin in day-to-day operational tasks

• Managing basic email communication and follow-ups

• Helping in organizing recruitment drives or walk-in interviews

• Maintaining office discipline and coordination

🔹 6. Performance Expectations

• Achieving daily/weekly call targets

• Meeting hiring targets (closures/joinings)

• Maintaining good conversion ratio (calls to interviews to joining)

• Ensuring positive candidate experience
