Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Telecallers to join our Residential Customer Care team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to residential customers for inquiries, feedback, and service updates.
Respond to incoming customer calls and resolve queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Promote new services or offerings when appropriate.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Uphold a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Pleasant voice and good phone etiquette.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
